Cork Medical Promotes Vicki Wardlaw to Clinical Manager

Over the last two years, the Cork Medical team has experienced a lot of growth due to an increase in demand for negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), its sales team onboarding an increase in new customers while exceeding expectations of its existing customers, a company rebrand earlier this year, a ramp up in tradeshow attendance, its manufacturing team’s restructuring, and the expansion of its NPWT portfolio. After all this growth, it became clear that Cork Medical needed to shift its focus to its clinical team to help with the implementation, onboarding, training, and education of the Nisus portfolio for new and existing customers.

As of last month, the clinical team officially expanded its visibility and scope to include a newly appointed position of Clinical Manager focusing on building and guiding the team to ensure continued success.

Vicki Wardlaw, who joined Cork Medical in the beginning of 2021, comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge as it relates to clinical education, negative pressure wound therapy treatments, and the implementation of Cork Medical’s products. Wardlaw has also taken the initiative to enhance Cork Medical’s client relationships and as of this year, she has played a crucial role in helping long term care (LTC) operators seamlessly integrate Nisus NPWT products into their facilities and improve their clinical outcomes.

“We are all very grateful to Vicki for all she has done and excited to have her step into this new role,” said Cork Medical Director of Strategic Accounts Jared Milewski.

The Cork Medical team takes great pleasure in announcing the promotion of Vicki Wardlaw to the position of Clinical Manager. The team is confident that Wardlaw will continue to carry out our mission of improving lives, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds now that Wardlaw is leading the charge of our clinical team!

“I am grateful to have been chosen to lead the clinical team,” said Cork Medical Clinical Manager Vicki Wardlaw. “We continue to evolve as the company grows and we are excited to take on new challenges as we help to improve lives!”
