For 25 years, Karns has developed and improved organizations by learning effective business strategies, consequently tripling the growth of his previous companies. By applying his technical knowledge and proven leadership, he has maintained organizational success resulting in him being appointed to President for Gared Holdings LLC. then later to become President and Chief Operating Officer for Mesa Industries Inc.
