Cork Medical hosted its Annual Conference January 8-9, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to celebrate record growth and success, employee accomplishments, participate in education and development trainings, and realign the team to head toward another record-setting year in 2026.
Themed United in Purpose—Charged for Greatness, the conference focused on three key objectives: educating employees through career development seminars, aligning teams around shared values and goals for the future, and celebrating individual and collective achievements. Day One began on Thursday morning with the 2025 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D.) graduates completing their capstone presentations. Each of these leaders presented to the company what new leadership skills they acquired over the year and how they plan to apply these skills moving into 2026. A photo of both Cohorts can be seen below.
The L.E.A.D. program, founded in late 2019, is a leadership development program designed to help new and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership skills by understanding how to lead through change and conflict, the difference between accountability and ownership, and managing time and energy effectively.
As the day turned to evening, invited team members convened at the JW Marriott Indianapolis to celebrate field award winners and top sales award winners. Cork Medical's Director of Operations and Supply Chain, Sean McGinley, announced the Sales and Operational Excellence Club award winners, as well as the President's Club winners. In addition to being formally recognized amongst their peers, all winners received an all-expenses-paid trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres! Please help us congratulate our outstanding 2025 performers!
